A shortcut through the drudge work of booking a tour.
Plan your route, organize outreach to your favorite promoters and venues, and build personalized email templates—all in one workspace.
See your first tour take shape.

Guided planning, contact selection and Gmail connection are now live. The demo’s draft and personalization sequence remains a prototype preview.

Beta details
Your artists. Your dates.
Create an organization workspace, manage artist profiles with music and EPK links, and assign lineups to tours and individual dates.
Build a tour calendar with multiple events on the same day, add events before or after your existing dates, and choose a lineup for each event. Compare city and venue options, keep favorites, and track each event’s status. Save show-day times and mark next-day events when a night runs late. Use Overview to find upcoming dates that still need shows and jump straight to the date’s worksheet.
Tour Assistant route assessments separate proposed stops, checked travel legs, unresolved details, and saved changes. Unknown travel information stays visible. Assessments are snapshots of the available evidence, not guarantees of current conditions or confirmed bookings.
Research the right rooms
Explore real venue records with capacity information, genre notes, addresses, and source links where available. Add your own venues and keep your organization’s notes private.
Published limits, reported estimates, and unknown capacities are distinguished. Confirm current room details and availability with the venue.
Prepare the conversation
Organize promoters and in-house booking contacts, personalize outreach, and review messages before sending through your connected Gmail account. Use Tour updates to prepare initial outreach across your saved tour dates. Each recipient gets only their relevant dates, cities, Artists and selected promotional links. Review and personalize each draft, choose who to include, then explicitly send. Recipient choices stay selected or excluded when you rebuild a preview; newly added recipients start unchecked.
Record booking outcomes, manually confirm shows, and track expected payment separately from actual merchandise income.
Plan the road costs
Estimate fuel, lodging, per diems, other daily costs, and expected show and merchandise income in one tour budget. Fixed daily expenses cover every calendar day from the first event through the last, including days without events. Set a day’s fixed costs to zero and restore its saved values later; fuel, show payments, and merchandise income stay separate for each event.
For covered city pairs, the beta shows saved approximate driving times with links to Google Maps directions. Google Maps does not supply these saved estimates. These are city-to-city planning estimates, not live directions or traffic predictions. Mileage stays unknown when the source provides time only, so enter driving miles manually for fuel estimates. Your manual driving time takes priority. When no driving-time estimate is available, time stays unknown; mileage is never converted into hours. Filter nearby cities by straight-line distance when city coordinates are available. Save your work before reloading an already-open tour to pick up newly added coordinates.
What to know before you start
The directory includes researched venue records, but research is not a guarantee of current accuracy. Sample promoter records and venue relationships remain for testing. Confirm every contact before sending real outreach.
Some venue records are preliminary, and missing information stays marked as unknown. Your own additions and private notes help you build on the shared directory.
This is a closed beta for invited testers. Gmail connection may display an unverified-app notice, and email workflows are still being tested. Open Help for the Getting Started guide and demo video. Use Feedback to report a problem or suggest an improvement, with the relevant page if helpful. A saved report is not confirmation that it has been reviewed or fixed.
