Tour Booking Beta is an early-access tour planning and outreach service operated by Tectonic Tourist for bands and booking agents. You are responsible for the information you enter, keeping your account secure, and having permission to use the email account you connect.
Only send messages and share attachments you are authorized to send. Do not use the service to impersonate others, distribute harmful content, or misuse other users' information. Google and your email provider's sending limits and applicable terms continue to apply.
Outreach sent through the app must be a genuine booking inquiry to a venue or promoter contact you have a professional reason to reach — not bulk marketing, unsolicited commercial advertising, or messages to a contact who has unsubscribed. New connected-Gmail messages include an unsubscribe link; once a recipient unsubscribes, the app blocks further email to that address from your organization. Older links and links invalidated by a security-key change may no longer work; contact the sender to request an opt-out if a link cannot be used. Misuse of the directory for mass unsolicited outreach violates these terms and may result in suspension.
The sample venue and promoter directory is fictional. Capacity, genre, routing, cost, and revenue information used for testing is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of accuracy or financial results. Beta features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize Tectonic Tourist and its service providers to store and process that content as needed to operate the features you use, including delivering emails you submit. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
